Pen 4 The Lord

Welcome my friend to another Five Minute Friday! As I follow along with many others in the prompt word for the week,IF …  these words flow through my head ~ So here goes, a little bit different from other weeks, but it’s a poem for you from the Father~

If you’re constantly wondering

what if? What if you know.

What if I did this? Or if I should stay or go?

 

If I should have done it this way?

Or if I should have done that?

If I should stay where I am?

Should I really be where I am at?

 

Should I listen to others?

Should I ask them what to do?

Should I listen to my intuition?

Or to myself should I be true?

 

Oh questions, questions, questions

continually bombard your mind.

And peace you so have longed for

is something you can’t find.

 

Then the Father God has an answer

today, my friend for you.

He says, “Just bring it to Me

and let My words come through.

 

I have your perfect answer

about this or that you know.

I know if you should stay

I know if you should go.

 

And with the many questions

about your present or your past.

Just lay them in My hand

and release them to Me at last.

 

So let the,“If’s be settled

of past decisions made.

And let’s walk into the future

on a brand new page.

 

For water under the bridge

is gone so let it be.

And ask no more, ‘What if?’

But walk hand and hand with Me!”
